We manage the trade of grains all around the world from farm to fork, using our extensive logistics network.

We have important relationships with grain and seed and pulse growers in the key growing regions. This makes us a understand the intricacies of production that starts at the farm level. We and our suppliers primarily buy direct from growers/farmers,. This guarantees that quality is consistent, from the farm right up to the customer.

We also have strategically located storage facilities. This way we can meet our customers’ timely requirements.

All products are quality tested by the official authorities at the point of shipment. So our clients get exactly what they have ordered.

Seeds

Production of food has become a global enterprise where seeds play a major role. Now that intellectual property rights on plants have become avaialbe, the patent system has strengthened and seed production has improved, private sector plant breeding has grown and expanded its reach creating a world of oligopoly in seed trade. We have become an important link in this process, trading on a worldwide scale with soybean, sunflower and sesame seeds, to name a few.

Pulses

Pulses are one of the important food crops, a major sources of protein in the diet.

In many countries, population growth is at a rate exceeding farming output, i.e. local farmers cannot grow enough pulses to keep up with increased demand. So many countries are obliged to import pulses, which explains why international trade in pulses has grown so rapidly.

With our global reach and pervasive supply chain, we have become an important player in pulse trading: lentils, beans and peas.
